7 Day Safari & North Coast Standard Tour: (4 Golf Courses)
On this tour we’d like for you to enjoy the natural
beauty as well as the golf courses of the KwaZulu-Natal province.
We’ve selected some outstanding courses, a unique blend of
scenic beauty and course layout make for relaxing, yet challenging
golf. In the seven-day period we shall explore the Greater Durban
area, and go up to Game Reserves in the northern part of the province
where we’ll enjoy the wildlife that South Africa is famous
for. We’ll be on a short safari and our aim would be to spot
as many of the “Big 5”, namely: Lion, Leopard, Elephant,
Buffalo and Rhino as possible. The HluHluwe Game Reserve’s
innovative breeding program helped bring the Black Rhino back from
near distinction. We’ll also spend some time in the Midlands;
the Midlands are famous for their unhindered view of the Drakensberg
Mountain range that stretches several hundred kilometers. The sun-drenched
beaches are also not to be missed.
Golf Tour - Day 1:
Upon arrival at Johannesburg International Airport, we will meet
and together take a flight to Durban.
We can relax for a while and later in the afternoon we’ll
explore the Durban Beachfront. We’ll enjoy dinner at one of
the fine restaurants in Umhlanga.

Golf Tour - Day 2:
Play golf at the Durban Country Club,
early morning tee-off.
Afterwards we’ll go to the Oceanarium for among many other
things, a dolphin show.

Golf Tour - Day 3:
Today we’ll visit the Sharks Board, here we’ll learn
more about these mysterious predators of the deep.
Play golf at the Mount Edgecombe Golf Course,
early afternoon tee-off.

Golf Tour - Day 4:
Today we’ll take a break from the golf and drive up the North
Coast to Ubizane Game Reserve.
You can spend the early afternoon relaxing and later on we’ll
go for an exciting game drive in neighboring HluHluwe Game Reserve
where the “Big 5” namely Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Buffalo
and Rhino roam. The nearly extinct Black Rhino flourishes in this
area.
Overnight: Ubizane Game Lodge
Golf Tour - Day 5:
Today will be another rest day, no golf, but we’ll have an
exciting day nevertheless, we’ll enjoy a cruise on Lake St.Lucia
to see the hippo and crocodiles residing in this marine estuary.
We’ll also enjoy another game drive in Ubizane and HluHluwe
Game Reserves.

Golf Tour - Day 6:
Today we’ll drive south towards Durban.
Play golf at Princess Grant Golf Club,
early afternoon tee-off.
We’ll have dinner at another one of the famous Umhlanga restaurants.

Golf Tour - Day 7:
Today we’ll take an early drive up to the Midlands and enjoy
the breathtaking scenery.
Play golf at Sakabula Golf Club.
We’ll return to Durban for departure.
