South African Golf Courses - Woodhill CC

Woodhill CC was designed by Peter Malkovich. The design is true to the tradition of the original Scottish links. It is the home of the Professional Golfers Association and it was host to the 2001 PGA championship.
The green fairways and lush vegetation attracts a large and varied bird life to the course. An innovative botanical garden is set at the heart of the estate adding to the "bushveld' feeling of the course.
The layout consists of two distinct halves. The front nine rises and circles the "hill' and the back nine is flatter and more thickly wooded.
